      Microfluidic Engineer2022-04-26發(fā)布

      Responsibilities:
      1. Responsible for microfluidic chip product design, preparation and R & D, fluid design, as well as related process optimization and production transformation design;
      2. Collation of relevant documents on microfluidic chip research and development, collection of data, formulation of experimental scheme, technical research, analysis and processing of experimental data, and writing of patents;
      3. Implement and carry out various experiments, complete the experimental design, operation, data processing, etc., analyze the experimental results and report to the superior regularly;
      4. Assist the project manager to formulate the company's new product R & D plan and complete the team's annual R & D tasks;
      5. Cooperate with other mechanical optics personnel in the design, development and verification of microfluidic chips;
      6. Solve various technical problems encountered in the process of product development, participate in the design and improvement of production process, and the preparation and implementation of process documents.

      Requirements:
      1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microfluidic, chemistry, biotechnology, bioengineering, polymer materials, fluid mechanics (microfluidic related direction);
      2. Familiar with the manufacturing technology and runner design of conventional chips (such as silicon chips, PDMS chips, plastic chips); Have some practical work experience in the design, fabrication and application of microfluidic chips, be familiar with the properties and selection of various materials related to microfluidic chips, and master interdisciplinary knowledge and specialized manufacturing technology related to microfluidic chips;
      3. Solid background in microfluidic processing, especially microfluidic chip laboratory, MEMS, microfluidic chip design and processing research or system development
      Experience is preferred;
      4. Proficient in computer-aided design software, such as CAD, Solidworks, PROE, etc;
      5. Have strong self-development ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit, literature retrieval and learning ability;
      6. Familiar with fluorescence detection principle and optical design;
      7. Be good at and patient in experimental operation, and have strong creativity, expansion ability, abstract thinking ability and practical ability;
      8. Have strong ability to find and solve problems independently, and solve technical problems encountered in the process of product development.

      Assistant Engineer of Biological Research and Development2022-04-26發(fā)布
      Bachelor or above

      Responsibility:
      1. Assist the project leader to complete the function test and quality inspection of the company's products according to the standard process;
      2. R & D of parameter new projects, responsible for part of the testing of relevant new product development schemes, and improving the performance and evaluation of new products;
      3. Be responsible for data collection, collation, statistics and analysis in the process of product development, and report the corresponding results;
      4. Complete the inspection and relevant data preparation before leaving the factory;
      5. Other temporary work arranged by the leader.

      Requirements
      1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biotechnology, fermentation engineering, etc;
      2. Familiar with biotechnology related experimental operation; Familiar with the operation of conventional biotechnology related equipment;
      3. Familiar with biological fermentation related knowledge, skilled in using automated office software;
      4. Strong executive ability, strong sense of responsibility, good learning attitude and learning ability;
      5. Have a good sense of confidentiality;
      6. Working experience in biological fermentation is preferred.

      1. Familiar with the company's technology and related products, and can communicate with customers according to related technology, formulate experimental plans according to customer needs, and provide technical services to customers;
      2. Draw up the experimental scheme according to the customer's requirements or needs, complete the relevant experiments according to the experimental scheme, sort out the experimental report, and report to the leaders and customers;
      3. Assist the salesperson in customer technical communication and introduce the company's products;
